Greater than one weekWas just what I was looking for our beloved Scranton. The printed message was perfect, and the size large enough to hold ashes, ceramic paw prints, fur clippings, collar, along with his picture on the front. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayThe craftsmanship is beautiful, but unfortunately the frame part broke within the first week. I had to glue it back together because there wasn’t one available to replace it with and I loved the urn so much. The ashes already came I. A wooden box and this box fit exactly right over it. It is definitely a beautiful present to give to someone who has lost their precious furbaby. Again it pretty sturdy but the frame area needs to be stronger. I inky changed out picture twice and it broke. I plan to change out the picture so that needs to be stronger. All-in-all it is a beautiful urn for my precious pup who died just three weeks ago. The urn came quick and was in time when I brought my pups ashes home.

> 3 dayDidnt bother to take off the plastic from box but if you scroll down another 1 star review I wish I had listened too talks about how poor quality the rest of the box. Definitely not where my beloved dogs ashes will be resting! Shame on your lack of quality control.

> 3 dayI received this as a final resting place for my almost-eight year old husky who passed of cancer. Medium size dog, 63lbs, the box we received him in from the pet care center is DEFINITELY bigger than this. The so-called bamboo looks like cheap plastic, there is a silica gel pack inside which apparently is all the moisture protection this provides, and the locking screw wont fit at anything other than an angle which makes me afraid it will come loose. I cant chance putting him in this. Will be returning for a refund and looking for a better urn.

I recieved me new one 3 days after receiving my first one. Highly recommend this item to anyone who is going thru the tough loss of their fur baby.
