Ive only had this bag 3 months and Im very disappointed. For the amount that I paid you would think the top flap would stay buttoned and that the edges would not fray.

After debating on several different diaper bags, I ended up settling on this one. The main reason being that it had the built-in changing pad that basically turned into a quick changing station. I love that I can set it on top of changing tables, unzip the bag, and I have everything I need within hands reach. If youre debating if the price is worth it, for me, it definitely was! Plus, I was going back and forth on whether I wanted a bag or backpack, and this one does both! Plus it hangs on strollers.

As the title suggests, Petunia Pickle Bottom doesnt care about the families it serves. Ill be brief: - Received backpack as gift for mothers day - 4 months later the strap rips at the seam - Reach out for support thinking oh maybe this is just a defect... surely customer support will help - Receive nothing but form emails back with a ridiculous list of things I NEED to provide in order for them to consider replacing or repairing the backpack - Most of the items requested were in my initial email, which they didnt read, but they said theyd give me 50% off if I bought another one Who builds products that last barely 6 months? Why would you want to pay premium prices for an inferior product and awful customer service? So... the sad news is true, Petunia doesnt care about young families. Dont support Petunia or her cheap backpack cartel. But seriously, dont buy this junk.

Ugh so disappointed! I have been eyeing this bag for months, finally had the money and got it and it was missing pieces! It clearly had been returned before as the tags were in the bag not attached! So sad

After 3 diaper bags this is the one. Big but not hard to handle. Has everything a mom would need.
