    Had a screwgate carabiner that came with my saddle. I like this one because of the autolocking feature. I would sometimes forget to lock my caribiner in the tree and although an accident may not be likely after cliping into my bridge, this one gives me an extra piece of mind that I wont be going anywhere.

    El mosquetón es bastante grande con respecto a otros de la misma marca. Se ve muy robusto. Lo utilizo para colocar el rapelador (Petzl Reverso) con el cabo de anclaje. Da mucha seguridad y estoy muy contento.

    Top Karabiner zum Sichern beim Klettern. Nutze ihn in Verbindung mit einem Grigri. Kann den Karabiner nur weiter empfehlen. Einziges Manko ist dass die Einbandbedienung etwas Übung erfordert...aber das ist ja auch Sinn der Sache...verhindert, dass ich der Karabiner von selbst öffnet.

    Awesome Carabiner, lightweight and strong. Works great for my positioning lanyard and the three way locking mechanism insures it only opens when I choose it to.

Lightweight asymmetrical carabiner

The Am’D lightweight asymmetrical carabiner is made of aluminum. It has a D shape particularly suited for connection to diverse equipment such as descenders or positioning lanyards. Its fluid interior design and Keylock system facilitate handling. The Am’D carabiner is available in three locking systems: automatic TRIACT-LOCK or BALL-LOCK system, or the manual SCREW-LOCK system. Am"D may be used with a CAPTIV positioning bar to favor loading of the carabiner along the major axis, to limit the risk of it flipping and to keep it integrated with the device.
