Generally, the product is good although a bit pricey and the brush heads are smaller than I would like (these are the larger ones). In this particular shipment, the package was open when it arrived and is being returned.

These brushes seem better quality and better at their job than previous brushes. Still pretty pricey though! It seems to be the thing these days that the initial toothbrush kit purchase is reasonable, but the consumables is where the real ongoing cost is and also where businesses make their profits.
