So Japanese... The handle has no little extrusions from the mold. Very pleasant to touch. Bristles, medium stiffness and density, have a tiny non-sharp tip.

Ok, so Im not a person who would normally pay $15 for a hair brush. Im more likely to go to the drugstore and pay $5 for one that doesnt make me cringe. That being said, I really like this brush. After my last drugstore one died I spent some time googling brushes that were good for fine, straight hair. This was one of the best-rated brushes at a reasonable price, so I figured what the heck. It turns out that I really like this brush. It smooths my hair out without creating more flyaways or pulling too much. It isnt too sharp or pokey, and it feels good in my hand. The one thing I dont like is that it is difficult to get the leftover hairs out of the brush. I run a comb over it to pull the hair out but I worry about damaging the bristles this way.

I like the quality, size, the number of rows of bristles. Very well made. Soft bristles that massage my scalp.

I bought this brush for my husband, he has very little hair left, he loves it and so do I, I have long hair and I use it as much as him, we both love this brush, I would buy this product again.

I have been using these brushes for years. They are hard to find. I have always had to order from the company. I have long straight hair and it is comfortable on the scalp and gentle getting the tangles out. I have given many for gifts.

Best brush ever. Period. I have one in each bathroom, one in my car, one in my gym bag, one in the swim bag... Simply cant live without it. Best for detangling my 8 year-old daughters hair, awesome for my boys and even for my husband who is super picky!! We all have different type (and length) of hair and it works for everybody. Get this brush and you wont buy another brush in your life! Well, maybe just more of the same, like I did!! ;)

I have had 4 of these brushes over the years. I have thick wavy hair and this brush glides though it easily without pulling my hair. It also helps keep the frizzes down. They are durable and last for several years. I have both sizes and keep one in the car.

Nice quality and sturdy. It brushes my hair well. The ends of the bristles are a tiny bit sharp. Others have said this is a great purse brush, I disagree. It is too big and heavy for a purse. I like it enough to keep it as my bathroom brush, but dont understand why everyone is raving over this and the price? Apparently, Im missing something.

excellent for no bump ponytails. all the ballet girls at my daughters dance studio love it too.
