Greater than one weekI havent even gotten to use mine yet to give a review on that part. When I got it the printer has scuff marks on it, scratches on the circle screen, there are no printer rolls, nor is there a charger. Edit after I got my hands on some labels and found an old charger of mine that works: The printing is inconsistent to where I feel as if in wasting a quarter of the roll with it printing wrong. Sometimes it seems to get jammed and then prints nothing after a second. I was hoping to use this for work as well as at home but it is way too unreliable / inconsistent of a product to use for that.

Please note that:
1.Download the app "Printer master" from apple store/google play
2.Open the app and choice the D30 Series Printer
3.connect the Bluetooth via "Printer master" app, not on the phone system
4.When install the paper, the printing side of the paper is face left
5.Before printing, please chose the right size for the printing paper on the app, the size of the label tape comes with is 12x40mm

As for Android： the App needs to turn on the phone"s GPS positioning function before connecting. Since the version of the android phone was updated to 10.0, Google has strengthened the user privacy policy, Google requires the user to open all permissions that need to be enabled before using the app.
The Ios Phone system doesn"t need this requirement.
Note 2. This label maker is Monochrome Printing Output, only black text. If you want to create color label artwork, require printing with color patterned label tapes.
