[update] The Phomemo brand contacted me and corrected issues I had with the app. They were prompt, courteous, respectful, and seem to genuinely care that their customers are happy with the product. I’m updating this review in light of this, leaving only a caveat about the user agreement. [original edit, modified to remove complaints about the app that were quickly resolved via email] Just so people are aware- this product has a strict user agreement that you may want to read. If privacy is important to you- first download the Phomemo app (required to use to print with this device). Go into settings, and read the User Agreement for yourself. If you don’t care about user agreements, then this shouldn’t be of concern. Here is my original review: This printer is awesome and perfect for creating labels. The thermal printing has the benefit of never having to worry about ink.. But it’s also not super high resolution. So if you need photo-realistic labels, this isn’t that. But I was surprised how easy it is to use, and how versatile the app is for designing the label. Great product.

Love the icons and fonts

Exactly what I was expecting. It took me a couple of tries to set it up but its been working seamlessly afterward. Saved me a lot of time on writing out mailing addresses.

I did have a bunch of problems at first. I played around with the settings in the print master app and found that using the die cut setting had less printing errors. However, it does have problems feeding the paper on occasion. If I leave a couple inches of the paper at the top of the next label it doesnt mess up as much. If I tear the label off with the machines tear strip it messes up every time. All in all after learning the machines querks, I am 85% happy with this purchase. I would be happier if the label feed issues were not a problem, as this wastes labels. I hope this helps you figure out the problems so you can fix them.

Its so adorable! And it works great! I needed it for my graphic design business and it is super easy to use!

I’ve tried using this product and is totally disappointing. Has been a complete pain to use since I purchased it unable to use it. Does not perform well, and not able to get it to print half the time. It’s just another junk in a box now.

I use this for work. I’m a Collection Specialist for Covid Testing. Dependable, works great with my iPhone XR. I did have to play with the settings a lil bit too get it to work smoothly. Once I figured the right settings out it because my favorite work tool. I would purchase more of this brand of products.

I bought the one that came with 3 rolls. The rolls didn’t come and it also same without a cable to charge.
