21-11-2024These give all the light we need on our small porch, and are stylish to boot. I do wish they were LED instead of traditional bulbs but for the price you cant beat these. Buy them!

Greater than one weekI love these! I bought them for indoor use because the bulbs are more durable. The amount of light they produce is perfect for my needs and I plan to buy another set for my backyard in summer. They held up really well and I havent had any bulbs break.

> 3 dayWe used these lights for an outdoor party and they held up great, even though we got rained on. We were able to clip them up and they held great, and didnt flicker out when they got wet.

> 3 dayI don’t know what it is, or what I might be doing wrong, but I cannot keep them strung together with all turning on. I got 4 strings for the back patio, strung them together, hung them carefully, and it seems like every time I turn around one string goes out so I have to unstring them all, buy a new string, replace the string that went out, and then turn around and do it all over again within a month of just using them once or twice. I guess you get what you pay for.

> 3 dayI saw some reviews here (older ones) that complained about having to buy bulbs separately, and-or, having to pre-install them. My 25-footer came with bulbs pre-installed and 1 spare bulb (NO, that was WRONG, I forgot and lied!). Also, complaints about not being able to lengthen them (string them end on end). Mine came with female AC plug on the far end, allowing exactly that, to be done. (Latter one is still correct). If this post is already posted, please note, I made a mistake! The brain gets old! The bulbs were NOT pre-installed; I had to install them! But yes, there was one spare... New info here now: This is a cheap way to buy a bunch of sockets! I am willing to bet, buying this many sockets as piece parts will costs a lot more! So I experimentally cut the wires open to double-check... Yes, the wire gauge (stranded copper) is low (thick) enough... Looks like maybe 20 or 22 gauge... And it sure is solder-able, I checked. So home hany-persons who want to cut and splice the sockets for retro-fitting or upgrading old fixtures (for new LED lights, as I plan to do) can be assured, yes, the wire is suitable for this.

> 3 dayI love my new lights! They look so good and put out just enough light, not too bright and not too dull. I have had several compliments on them. For the price and how long they are this is a deal. Only time will tell how long the bulbs will last but for now we are enjoying them.

> 3 dayThey came very well packaged and they are extremely beautiful hung up BUT pretty disappointed to have a bulb burnt out right out of the box. I don’t want to have to spend more money and buy replacement bulbs, but I guess I have to now.

> 3 dayThese lights look great on my front porch! Arrived in secure packaging and have held up well in the weather outside. Would buy again if I want to add more string lights to the porch in the future.
