Piggies Choice The Space House All Natural Sturdy Pine Wood Corner Hideout Hidey Guinea Pig Hut (Rainbow)

The quality of this product has decreased and is not worth the price! I bought one of these about a year ago, maybe longer than that, and the wood was heavy and it was firmly put together. However, after 2 piggies and many dirty cages later, I decided to buy another to replace the one I have. Bad mistake- the quality has decreased and it weighs less than my original one. It looked like the top was already a bit loose, but I didn’t think too much about it at the time. Plus, the durable wood that my original one has, has been replaced with a lighter, fake wood-feeling material, and I don’t know if it’s entirely safe for piggies to chew. Despite my hesitations, I put it in the cage and one week later the top came off of the ‘wood’ base, exposing old, dried and flakey glue and 5 sharp NAILS that had held it together. DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is NOT worth $30+, and I will never buy one of these again!

This thing is terrible!! Went to un box it and the lid fell completely off and put a nail through my hand!!! I am so glad I didn’t put this in my babies cage she would’ve gotten hurt! Terrible!!!!!!

We love our space house! It is very well build and super cute. My girl likes to hide in it and eat her daily veggies. She is housed alone in a 2x3 C&C as she does not get along with other piggies but she does have a friend up above her and they talk to each other throughout the day.

I’m so sad! This is the 4th time I’ve purchased these huts. The last 2 have come like this!! Tops are not at all attached to the base, the tiny nails are super flimsy and bent and the wood glue must not be very strong :0( I have ordered 2 in the past and my piggies loved them. I’m very discouraged with having 2 come delivered apart.

I found these great houses for my guinea pigs and when I realized that the purchase goes to help fund e L.A. Guinea Pig Rescue I purchased more! I now have 4 houses for all of my little piggies to enjoy. They love them SO much and spend their days napping away in their personal houses. Recommend to everyone and it’s for such a great organization!
