Product was NOT the one displayed in the picture, which looked brand new. It had obvious wear and minor screen scratches on the screen. That said, I got a phone that was worth the discounted price I paid.

------------ Begin message ------------- Just got the pixel 2xl everything works well except the speakers are wired sounding and phone gets hot as soon as I started downloading apps so I factory reset it and shipt it back same day I will not buy from this seller again Im disappointed !

The phone came in early and was exactly what I expected. The damage from being previously owned wasnt intrusive or distracting; overall the phone works like its brand new and Im very happy with it especially considering the price. However, the images on the ad for the phone showed it in the box so I was surprised to receive the phone and its charger in a padded envelope with nothing else but a charger which is very fickle about which angle it needs to be plugged in. Wish it at least came with a usb-c to aux adapter, but thats what you get for buying something used I guess! Great phone, great price, great shipment time. Would buy from them again.

Ive never really ordered big ticket items on Amazon before, so this was a new one for me. Ill let the video show you the product, but the gist is that It came exactly as described. It was in pristine condition and had no flaws. Worked right out of the box as well. Inserted SIM and called tmobile to activate. Easy Peasy!. I work in IT in the non-profit industry and I had never used a google phone in the past till I started this Job. They provided the phone for work so I picked Google. First was a Pixel XL then my current phone the Pixel 3XL. Loved them so much that when my Personal phone Motorola XT1575 (Pure Edition) busted I decided to go with the Pixel Series. I didnt want a second hand phone though and Decided on the Pixel 2XL. However, it was pricey everywhere you looked. This Seller was great though. Offered a reasonable price. Shipped it quickly and it arrived in perfect condition. I definitely recommend this seller!

I love Google pixel their phones are absolutely flawless every time I get one. Unfortunately I lost my last phone well snowboarding at powder mountain in Utah. So I needed a replacement for $512 for new pixel 2XL It was well worth it. I had no problems with the phone. It was factor sealed. just dropped my SIM card into it and it automatically connected to Google Fi. With no issues. Send into my Gmail account and phone is ready to go.
