> 3 dayQuality handles. I have a home gym and no room for a cable machine. So I attach bands to my squat rack and attached these handles to the resistance bands. No complaints. Quality handles, quality fabric and metal. Tested them out with banded flys. Would recommend! Comes with a bag as well, but I will most likely hang them up somewhere.

Greater than one weekThey seem to be very sturdy and the handles are comfortable to use for longer periods of time; they arent made of hard plastic so they wont hurt my hands. I think I will like them very much and the price was also right.

> 3 dayThese are a really rugged and well made set of handles. At home I do most of my resistance work with resistance bands. These were intended to add to an existing set I have. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this kit. The material on the grips is really tacky and has a nice grippy texture. I am super happy with this item.
