Dilute using a 1-3% ratio with your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil and apply topically to the skin to help reduce the appearance of scarring, stretch marks, and other skin issues. |
In a large bowl of hot water, not boiling, add 12 drops of Organic Lavandin and 6 drops of Pine Scots. Drape a towel over your head and lean over the bowl; breathe in deeply and relax to help support the respiratory system. |
