> 3 dayThis is an easy, fresh scent. The viscosity is thin, which means it’ll dispense quickly when you turn it over to drop.

> 3 dayIts a good spearmint oil. I would order this again. I used it to mix with unscented lotion to customize my own scent.

> 3 dayLove Spearmint, and this oil is a great quality. Its strong, uplifting, and fresh/clean. I use it to diffuse when I need some alertness (great mixed with citrus oils). I also use when feeling nauseated or upset stomach (I mix it with peppermint or use alone, on a roller or just breathe in). Plant Therapy is a quality oil company at a great price.

> 3 dayReally like this for a minty scent when I dont want a too powerful peppermint. THis goes great with citrus blend in the diffuser.

> 3 dayI absolutely love this essential oil. I’ve blended with a coconut oil and use externally and in the diffuser (without the oil). It’s the most long lasting oil that I’ve used (have purchased several other brands in the past). I feel uplifted just opening the top. I will definitely be purchasing this brand again and already ordering more of the spearmint. Quality essential oil!

> 3 dayI add 2-3 drops in a tea cup of hot water to drink as a mint tea. When it arrived, I added a few drops to the back of my hand and tasted it...YUCK. But realizing that this is concentrated, and that I would not be (and should not be) consuming it this way on a regular basis, I added it to a cup of hot water. The taste is clean and refreshing. I like to drink it after lunch to clean my palate and have fresh breath naturally. Caution - I highly recommend using a glass, ceramic, or porcelain cup. I had put several drops in the styrofoam coffee cups at work, and each time the spearmint oil burned a whole right through the cup. I had put the oil in after I had filled the cup with water and within seconds holes began to develop around the water line and I could literally pull and separate the top part of the cup. I did not drink it. Now I have more appreciation and respect for the power of this concentrated oil.
