I purchased to use to hang a wind chime on my patio door, however it doesnt fit over the door. Unsure how long the plastic would last in the summer desert heat anyway. Rather clunky looking. Im donating.

I love this product. I use it to hang clothes that cannot go in the dryer; I just hang it over the louvred laundry closet door and hang damp clothes there to dry. Although these doors are not standard thickness, the hook also fits standard inside doors as well. Its very sturdy material that doesnt stick out, as you can buy it in several colors, but it holds far more hanging shirts, for example, than just the number of notches at its base. When clothes come out of my dryer, I put them on hangers on this hook until Im ready to put them away. Its a great, helpful product! I have several of them.
