Great and useful item. BIGGEST COMPLAINT: Amazon Delivery left the item on the ground floor of the building in the entrance lobby next to the elevator. It was NOT left in a MAILROOM (as described by the delivery person). The building has locked mailboxes in the lobby. The lobby has 3 doors to private offices, an elevator plus the open and unlocked front door entrance There is no mailroom, no security and plenty of foot traffic during the day.
