This is such a fun game and a great way to spend time with the family making happy memories. If you are looking for a gift item, or looking for a game to play with the kids, this is so fun! Its similar to Rummy (if you know how to play) but much more simple. Youre just matching two of a kind w 4 rows. Dont know why they advertise this as a golf game cuz it hasnt nothing to do with golf, ...lol... but THIS IS FUN! Easy for the kids to learn to play but also not too simple that the adults get bored.

My family played the game while on vacation and the friend had a boxed game that was larger with playing cards that were more durable. The score cards were larger and print was larger. We are all senior citizens and no eyeglasses needed to keep score. The quality of the cards was my greatest concern for durability. BTW - price was the same as your boxed set.

Ive been in a gaming phase lately so Ive been buying up a bunch of games and have learned what my family likes and doesnt like. We dont like games like Apples to Apples and Cards Against Humanity. We just dont like the subjectivity. Ive also discovered half of the family doesnt like in-depth strategy games like Catan. So, this game falls right in the middle...and its perfect. The rules are easy enough that my 5 year old can play (and win some rounds) but challenging and random enough to keep it interesting for the teens and adults. Rounds go by fairly quickly (5-10 minutes) and you play 9 rounds like the front 9 or back 9 in golf. There is a small element of strategy based on when you decide to close out the whole which forces others to, but overall, its a very easy and fun game that my whole family enjoys. Great for 30-40 minutes away from the TV. I highly recommend this game!

Immediately bought this card game set after playing for hours with friends. Such as fast moving and enjoyable game. Easy rules to learn and follow. Players strategic moves add to the difficulty and challenge of the game. The luck of the cards make it fun. I recommend this game to everyone I know and make sure it is packed for all trips.

Awesome family game, I introduced the ge to my moms boyfriend via regular playing cards and he loved it so much that I got him the game for Christmas!

We did make a variation to the rules to make it a bit more challenging and fun. The original rules are bit confusing and got everyone frustrated. Once we change a rule, it has been my families favorite game right now.
