For the most part, this little doll house is great. You get the fun and benefit of a doll house in a compact size and its portable. It comes with lots of accessories, and my daughter likes to play with it. I like the quality of PlayMobil and the ability to use all kinds of different sets and dolls with it (she often uses the police or knight dolls from my sons sets). The only thing I dont like about it is there are A LOT of small pieces. My daughter is almost 3, likes to play with dollhouses, but still occasionally puts things in her mouth to be funny. We had to hide a ziplock baggies worth of small parts. The dolls and the furniture are enough to keep her happy.

This was a birthday gift for my 3 yr old daughter. After significant research and conversations with other moms we chose this Playmobil doll house, and I am SO glad we did. I didnt know if it was better to get a small or a large doll house, but the consensus from my research was that little girls prefer smaller doll houses and so far so good. This house is sturdy, full of great furniture and accessories, colorful, manageable in terms of size/no of rooms and really well thought through by the manufacturer. My 6 yr old son has taken a liking to it as well and the 2 siblings play together having a wonderful time. The quality of Playmobils products is impeccable - easy to assemble (my 6 yr old did it all by him self), and stay together even if the play gets a little rough. Great price, easy purchase and punctual delivery. What more can you ask for!

Perfect doll house for younger ones! Comes with everything you would need in a doll house; furniture, accessories, people, even pets too! And the house closes up so its perfect for storing all the little pieces in one place! And its portable so it can be taken wherever they want to play.

Love the house BUT PARTS MISSING AND DIRECTIONS NOT CLEAR. I am missing a drawer part 30291390. Other parts have numbers but dont know what they are. For instance part 30 23 0680. Not sellers fault but manufacturer.
