PlayStation Vita Carrying Case

Great for a carrying case just for simple transportation and what not, but I would not recommend it if you want something heavy duty since it does not completely enclose the the Vita and is not constructed to sustain high impact. Overall, it is well crafted, light-weight, and offers light protection.

Nice looking case, but I dont think it would really protect the system that well if it was dropped. You can play the system while its in the case but you cannot use the back touchpad.

When I first got The official Sony Vita Case, I was satisfied. While it didnt protect the Vita as well as my old Logitech Case did for my PSP, it did keep the screen safe while the Vita was in my pocket/bag and its use as a stand to display the Vita while watching videos was much appreciated. Sadly, the design of the case requires you to snap the Vita to the case via a harness like device. In theory, this works well because it allows the case to dangle from the Vita while playing the system and allows access to the back touch panel. After less then two months of use, this harness has broke, and my Vita can no longer snap to the case, and now its more or less useless. I can still place the Vita in the case to keep the screen safe while traveling, but any protection this already lacking case provided is gone out the window if I were to drop my Vita. If you do decide on getting the official Sony Case, my best advice would be to leave the Case snapped to the Vita at all times to attempt and keep the harness from snapping. However, playing with the case dangling from the Vita can be distracting and get in the way of gameplay, and is less ideal. Before the harness broke, I would have given this three stars for just being satisfactory, but considering this thing broke in less then two months, I cant really recommend it to anyone, especially since it seems like their are far better cases out there for less or near equal price.

great for those who want to keep your vita away from rough surfaces and dust and stuff. its not a case that is meant to protect it from high falls. and the psvita sits perfectly in the case and DOES NOT SLIDE AROUND UNREASONABLY

Excellect cover, best protection. Front and back cover stays attaches to the device, when you are using the device, a very convenient feature during travel. Very easy to remove and snap back the cover.

This product looks very nice and seems to be of good quality. Unfortunately it comes up in the search for cases for a PS Vita slim, but the slim will not fit in this case as the clips are the wrong size. I returned the item with no problem and am only writing a review in the hopes that others will not make the same mistake since nothing in the product description indicates that it is not compatible with the slim.

I love this thing, but originally i tought this thing worked as a clip on belt, but it doesnt, its just a carrying case that can be used as a stand to watch movies or a protective pouch,i have the strap on my vita so when i have it on protective pouch mode i just strap it to my arm and move to wherever im going to go.I like it.

Scratched my vita on the back.....would not connect to my vita when I tried too. You can not remove the plastic piece either. Then I accidentally ripped the cheap pos in half...do not buy...buyet beware
