The string fell off while still inside me … that was wonderful

I’ve been using Playtex Sport since 2009. They were great and I had never had a problem with them until the last year (when the packaging changed). They no longer open the way they used to. As a result, I leak through nearly all of them. The frustrating thing is that I’ll leak and pull out a tampon that’s half dry. I read reviews here similar to my experience as well. They used to be a five star product but not anymore.

Ive used this tampon since the beginning. Of course, I have ventured to other brands just to see and always come back to this one. Its the best. Love the dual regular and super.

I always use the Flatex product, but this time its a defective product. Please tell me how to solve this situation.
