I got these to hang a string of patio lights. This style ensures the wind won’t blow them off the hook!

Snapped off several posts from the eyes screwing them into predrilled holes. Not tempered at all or soft metal. Disappointed

Sure does make it easy to hang and remove buntings from the header on a covered patio! Keeps anything with a grommet nice and secure. Bought a wing nut bit, pre-drilled pilot hole then used the nut bit and it was a breeze into solid wood. No anchor needed for my use. Should have bought these years ago! Absolutely prefect and being stainless steel, they will be there for all my holiday bunting needs! Highly recommend!

Nice hooks, but a little difficult to install, need to keep the hook on the adapter properly. They will snap quite easily if you torque them too much.

Bought for wind chimes. Works great.

I just turned these in by hand since the driver it came with left scratches. They hold well giving the 40lb rating a test and they stood up to it.

These are well built hooks and the painted coating gives them a pleasing appearance....The latch is a good one as well....price, (for the moment) is reasonable. Time will tell the story in the long term in both cost and quality. The provided specialty bit is essentially worthless but you really dont need it.
