Pokémon Sun - Nintendo 3DS (World Edition)

this is an ok Pokémon game, if you dont mind a 3rd of the game being a tutorial. worse than that are the obnoxious characters you are forced to listen to, just let me play the game! dont even get me started on Team Skull. the other characters are annoying enough without Team Skull taking obnoxious to a whole new level. the game play itself is super easy, this is definitely a casual pick up and play game. no challenge here. no, I take that back, there are 2 challenges. one of them is getting though the 20 minute opening sequence. the other is evolving your Pichu into a Pikachu. let me explain: in order to evolve a Pichu you must max out its happiness stat, a HIDDEN stat that you can not even check on until you are a 3rd of the way through the game! not that checking this HIDDEN stat helps in any way! there are so few ways to rise this HIDDEN happiness stat that you will very likely be 90% through the game before maxing it out and evolving your Pichu into a Pikachu legitimately. definitely NO replay ability for this game.

It didnt come with the game. Is this on me or was the product supposed to just be the box?? I dont know, very disappointed regardless. It did ship on time and arrived on time at least, so it has that going for it I guess?
