I bought this as an August birthday gift.. He loved it, however, one of the zipper pulls came off within the first 3-4 times he used it. There wasn’t much in it so it wasn’t that it was stuffed full of heavy things. The good thing is there are two zippers, so he’s using the second one.

Wow!!! This bag greatly exceeded expectations!! Wife and I just got back from Florence, Italy, the fine leather capital of the universe. Spent hours looking for a similar bag at many stores there. It was rather easy to find a bag like this for 500 Euros {$525} or more. Just too expensive for my wallet. My wife took a chance on this bag from Amazon and it arrived just in time for Fathers Day. This is a heavy belting leather style duffel bag that is amazingly well constructed with very precise stitching all around. This type leather is made to show the “character marks” that tell the tales of your travels. (It is NOT the bright shiny leather that you don’t ever want to get scratched up.). I got the dark brown version and it is perfect. The bag came with a one year manufactures warranty. I can see my family fighting over possession of this bag soon after I depart for the Pearly Gates some day!

Quality and leather is great. Seems to be the perfect size for a carry on and yet not to big to become weighted down. The color was exactly as pictured, shipped quickly and they also accepted my return free of charge. I had ordered the larger version of this bag (23) and decided on the smaller. The smaller bag seems to be of higher quality leather than the larger but still both great!

This is a rich and classy looking Duffel Bag. Very well constructed with ample room for a long weekend getaway. Perfect for traveling and easily fits under an airline seat.

Let me just say, I never write reviews. Just dont really have anything else to offer - usually. However, I have been looking for a good bag for over a year. Just couldnt get it right - not right price, wrong color, ect. I have even returned the last 2 bags I purchased; right price but too big on first one and the second was just too shiney. Dont know what else to say about them. Well, this bag is just right - fair price, great size, fits a laptop, absolutely fantastic detail and I love it. I travel a lot and occasionally fly the small commuter/regional. I really hate to lug my TravelPro and check it or valet and wait for bag after deplaning. This one stuffs in small bin or under seat - no problems. Great all around bag.

Purchased this for Christmas for my husband and couldnt be happier. The 23-inch bag is perfect for a weekend getaway. Its roomy in the interior with a couple of flat interior pockets (nice for phones, ipads etc). The leather is nice! Its thick, sturdy and the outside of the bag will pick up aging from use which for my husband is great. The bag will take on a great patina over time.

I bought this bag for a trip and was expecting a $100 leather bag. I received a well packaged, super high quality leather duffel bag that should probably cost closer to $400. Full grain leather means full grain. It’s thick, like what you’re expecting from a high end leather bag company. I can’t wait to see how this wears in! This bag will outlive me, I’m sure of it. I totally wasn’t expecting this level of quality, but I’m glad it’s what I got. If I ever need another leather bag, I’m coming to see Polare first.

They bag is everything I could have ever asked for; durable, classic looks and made with amazingly beautiful leather. Perfect for long weekend getaways with plenty of room. I can fit 3 outfits including 2 pairs of shoes, toiletry bag, computer and jacket along with a little extra for additional items without having to struggle with zipping it closed. The zipper is strong, well stitched into the leather, can stand up to a lot and last the life of the bag. I receive so many compliments on this bag! With such strong, thick hide, this leather bag is only going to get better looking with age! Excited to take this bad boy along for many journeys!
