My husband has the weekender I bought him nine years ago and it is still holding up. He wanted a personal item for travel and he was so excited to get it. He immediately treated it with neetsfoot oil. The stitching is great, the zippers are sturdy, and all of the pockets are actual straps and not magnetic. He is so excited to take it on our next trip.

Great looking pack that I received several compliments on during my travels. Only two issues. One the main bag zipper broke after about 2 years. Two the front pockets just slide behind a bar and do not actually latch. The strap easily slides out and I have lost some items. I do a lot of air travel and my stuff does take a beating so I expected the wear.

I asked for this set, sold separately, for my 50th Birthday. I travel frequently and wanted something durable, professional and timeless. These pieces have that in spades. They are visually classic in their styling. The feel of quality is immediately evident to the touch. Then theres the unmistakeable smell of fine leather. I received several compliments the first day I wore the back pack. I wish the toilet bag was the same color as the backpack and duffle. But Im still overall very pleased & the proud new owner of Polare leather products. Happy Birthday to me!

It is normally a little more than what I would pay for a backpack, but must admit it is pretty sweet.

Great quality but narrower than I expected. I have big feet so packing an extra pair of shoes could be a problem for a weekend bag.

I have been looking for a nice leather backpack that is more professional than the typical academic or athletic bag. In my research, I came across this one from Polare. It was a little more expensive that Id planned, but is made from very thick and sturdy leather rather than softer leather and canvas as some of the other backpacks of similar design. I love that is has tons of external storage pockets for ease of access to commonly used items. Its very well constructed and feels like a very high quality accessory that will last a long time. It looks very professional, but is much more user friendly to carry and to access.
