The leather is very nice on this bag. My only issue is that The latch tends to rub on the back side of my rib cage. Probably due to my extra weight. My son loves this bag and has no problems with it.

This bag is quality all the way and very attractive. The leather is very thick.

I use this for a lot of different things. Somedays, I carry light papers and books to work; when I do, this is my bag of choice. I also use this for church, my Bible, and reading glasses, and Remarkable fits perfectly. At first, people would say cute merse, but now they see how handy it is and what I use it for; call it what you want, but it works well for me. A great buy; the company ships it well and timely.

Feels good, feels authentic, I like to touch it and have it. Modern materials are probably stronger or lighter and can hold more volume, I dont think they are so durable though. But you cannot love them the way you love leather.
