I have had a beautiful old Polare leather bag for years. Each year it becomes more beautiful and many people commented on it and I love it. However, I decided to purchase a larger laptop, accordingly, I wanted a larger bag for it. I bought this new bag in May 2022, but never opened it because my laptop was not purchased until December 2022. So when I opened it, I found that it is missing the shoulder strap, but I found a congratulatory card with a wallet gift from Polare. Although the bag is beautiful as I expected, the missing shoulder strap was a disappointment at first. I contacted Polare and Pelly was highly professional and shows me how Polare cares about their customers satisfaction. Polare decided to send me the shoulder strap and now I can carry the bag again in the streets of Washington, DC and people continue to stop me and ask from where did you get that bag, I want one.
