This bag is made of heavy duty/quality material and is the perfect size to accommodate items for a long weekend trip. The handles are comfortable when carrying and also allows you to sling it over your shoulder. The shoulder strap is easy to attach and comfortable to wear. The exterior pocket offers easy access to items you need to return quickly. The metal footings on the bottom of the bag offer protection from scuffs. Customer service is very responsive.

The bag is a good size for carry-on and the leather appears to be good quality but unfortunately the assembly and components (zippers, brass skids on the bottom, thread, etc....) are of poor quality. I have had this bag for about a year and travel about once a month. During the first use, three of the five brass skids on the bottom of the bag broke off from normal baggage handling by the airliner. Turns out the brass skids are not riveted to the leather but are pressed on with cheap metal retaining clips and can be easily pulled off with your fingers. One trip, my bag was left in the rain on the tarmac. The rain soaked through and transferred the leather tannins to my suite and dress shirts. After about a half dozen trips, I noticed the stitched anchors attaching the shoulder strap to the duffle were failing. This latest trip saw two zippers fail. The price is not worth the product, unless you enjoy overpaying for scrap leather. If you are looking for a quality leather duffle, keep looking because this product is not it. If youre like me, whos just looking for a simple and classy duffle bag for a man, look for further. This duffle bag is really well made. Its REALLY worth the extra $20/30 bucks to get this product. The leather is high quality and very subtle, but enough to show a little bit of style. The size is also very adequate for a weekends worth of clothes for those getaways. I just love the feel of the bag, both on the outside and the inside. They also provide you a pretty nice bag to store the duffle bag when not in use. I mean, you REALLY CANNOT go wrong with this bag. Worth every penny spent.

This seems to be a very well made leather bag that I gave my boyfriend for Christmas. He has not used it yet, but will be this weekend for our New Year’s weekend getaway!!
