> 3 dayI used this to make 2 sub-bases with extra large center holes for using large bits on a hand held router. The material is fairly easily machined and doesnt shatter. It does sometimes have very small chips at the edges when cut with a saw, but sands up nicely.

> 3 dayI made a router base. Cut it with a chop saw and the table saw. Its clear, 1.4 inch thick. Significantly cheaper than in my local big box stores.

> 3 dayI have some old mini-blinds in my house and the plastic clips holding the valences have a tendency to break - theyre really low grade plastic. Current commercial replacement clips almost fit, but almost isnt good enough, and many of the reviews cite frequent breakage during installation due to the low grade plastic. Though its more work and took me a little longer than expected, I used a Dremel tool to carve valence clips out of this material that perfectly fit my old blinds. Being polycarbonate, theyre probably 10x stronger than the originals and I expect theyll outlast me.

> 3 dayI bought this polycarbonate to make lowers for my cruiser motorcycle. I found it to be pretty easy to cut with a medium blade jigsaw. I was able to clean up the coarseness in the cuts with varying grits of sandpaper. Overall, it was easy to work with and I achieved the results I was hoping for.

> 3 dayWe needed a product that would distribute the weight of the four legs of a flat screen TV so that it would not mar the top of our media center. We also ordered non-skid furniture pads to attach to the bottom side of your product. The combination appears to be functioning as expected.
