UPDATE 3/13/2023 After the connector melted, I must update my review. The listing quotes a 45A Input Power. There is NO WAY you can run 45A through this wire. What I think they meant was that it was 45A connector, but its also not a 45A connector. After getting a bigger solar panel and some more panels, I tested the rating in full sun to verify that I was actually putting 15A through which should be fine for a 14 gauge wire. Boy was I wrong. On running 15A, the wire was noticeably warm. I watched it for a few days it all seemed to work well. But on a day where it was clear all day, the connector melted. Now I had this connected to an MC4 to Anderson adapter and the other side with the adapter did NOT melt. So I though, Ill just repair the ends and just make a really long MC4 to Anderson cable. That didnt work either because the wires were too thin. I can tell you one thing. Those wires are not 14 gauge. They are at least 16 gauge and possibly 18 gauge. It would be okay if you are running 5A at 20V like I was originally doing, but definitely will not support 15A for any extended period of time. My original 5 star review is now 2 stars, due to incorrectly reported information on Amperage and gauge of the wires. Its a nice cable IF you have reasonable expectations. If you just go based on the info in the listing you could burn your house down. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW It works just as expected. Red to red, black to black. Great solar panel extension cable with plugs that can adapt to 4Patriots panels and still connect to a std Anderson plug.

So after watching YouTube bloggers I noticed some had extensions for their solar panels connected to their power station. Looked them up and found the same ones. Compared reviews with other brands, but felt more comfortable with PolyEnergy. So far only tested it across the driveway and have not used it for camping yet. It charged great considering it was 4 pm and the sun was starting to drop already, but it did reach 72 watts at one point. I have a Togo Power Advance 350 and a small Jackery Explorer 160. Both worked great with the Togo 100 watt Solar Panels and PolyEnergy Anderson cables. I was even able to stuff the Anderson cables into the Solar Panels pouch in the back. Zipped it up carefully, but it fit snug lol.

I worried about the plug arraignment, but my cord arrived setup prefect to connect my Jackery 1000 to the splitter that came with the power station. The cable has an outer sleeve that contains the wires. The ends have covers that are movable so the Anderson connectors can be changed to match the needed alignment. The covers are what holds the connectors in place as they do not include locking pins. The setup looks clean and everything fits; my only worry is that the sleeve might shrink with age and exposure to the sun which would expose the wires (not a safety issue). I recently purchased two of the Jackery 100W solar panels and wanted to be able to use them without removing my Jackery from my van. An initial test showed that everything was working and the cable/connectors were not even warm after a half hour run. I was also worried about the gage of the wires as 14 gage is borderline for 15A, but in researching the Jackery I found out that the charge voltage is around 18V. The math on this is 200w (max) / 18V = (under) 12 Amps which the 14 gage wires should handle OK although loss will be grater than with a heaver gage wire. The upside to the thinner gage wire is the cable is very flexible (and light) and can be rolled up tight enough to fit behind the Jackery in the cabinet in my van.

I own a Jackery 1000. The instructions said not to have the power unit in the sun when charging. That is difficult if your using the Solar Panels to charge unit. This allows me move the power unit into the shade. I actually had the power unit inside. Just ran the wire through a cracked door opening. Everything plugged in and worked perfectly out of the box. Would buy again.
