> 3 dayIve been using Poop-Off in my indoor aviary for a long time now. By far the most important feature of this product is its non-toxicity for my birds. I feel safe using and spraying this product inside my aviary with the birds inside - although I still try to keep it away from them as much as possible. It is also very effective - IF you let it sit and soak into the bird poop. I let it sit for approximately 10 minutes, and that will destroy even the most stubborn dried bird poop into a wet pile of goo that can be wiped up with ease. I have parrots (the worst poop!!), cockatoos and finches - it works for all. It also seems to be safe for just about any surface - I have used it on unsealed cement, wood floors, vinyl seats, leather sofa, metal, rubber mats, and even clothing. However, if you want a product that works instantly this is not the one for you. It MUST sit for several minutes to be effective.

> 3 dayIt does a very standup job removing bird poop, but I discovered recently that it works on other organic matter as well. Our truck/camper & trailer were a real mess recently when we drove through an incredible swarm of crickets on the road in Idaho. What a brown mess that was - and since we completed our trip before we were able to address the mess, it was thoroughly baked on and hard as a rock. The Poop-Off was terrific at softening the organic material and made it much easier to remove! I highly recommend!

Greater than one weekThe smell, isnt strong, but does take a little to get used to. It isnt awful, but is different. The smell, isnt that big of a thing, as long as it doesnt hurt my birds! The most important thing, is that it is safe to use around birds, AND actually works well! The poo comes right off, easily!

> 3 dayIve used this for years to help clean up after my parrots and it works really well. I recently used it to clean up after wild birds on an outdoor table and it was awesome there, as well.

> 3 dayWe live in a forest and have to a if woodpeckers, stellar jays, doves, and sparrows. This stuff works really well on the small bird droppings, but is average with the woodpecker and jay droppings. But i did learn that if you spray this stuff on the big droppings and let it stay for 5 to 10 minutes and then come back and use a hard brush to rub the droppings, it comes off fairly easily. I use this stuff on my trek deck and my composite siding. Still give it 5 stars since everything else i tried to use had no effect whatsoever.

10-06-2025This stuff is amazing. I have had parrots for 42 years and have never found a better product than this to remove bird waste and dried up organic matter off cages and floors of all kinds. This stuff totally works better than water and or harsh chemicals. If you have a parrot you need this.

Greater than one weekThis is an excellent product. It does a good job of disolving the bird poop, and I use it on the cage and the floor. Its non-toxic so I can clean the bird cage with the birds in it. They like to get in the spray and bathe in it while I clean their cage. It has a nice fruity type smell, not a chemical smell. The best way to use it is to spray a lot on the droppings and let it set for a while. That way it can work to disolve the stuff, and you have less effort on your part.
