07-06-2025Update: Ive now had my two REENUO fans for almost a year and they have been great. We have used them on a camping trip, and they do a phenomenal job for such a small footprint. We have also found uses for them around the house, especially as a supplemental fan for electronics that are running hot (modem and an ailing stereo receiver). The most common use I have for them at home right now is to help cool my MacBook Pro as I work on video production for our church livestream services. I just put it on the table behind the laptop and let it run. Its quiet, and and it helps keep the computer cool when the processor is working hard. Were about to buy two more in anticipation of the upcoming trip we originally bought them for, which was postponed by last years pandemic onset. I highly recommend these fans. ORIGINAL: I purchased this fan (and a second one since) for a summer Grand Canyon hiking trip, which is now not going to happen due to the pandemic. We have tested the fan and the light several times and it can definitely run all night on the low fan setting. Its a good size and is well built. We have not used the pads for scented oils, but are very pleased with these fans.

> 3 dayI bought one of these for myself and one for my son for going to scout camp in the middle of a heat wave and they were invaluable. The lowest setting is still reasonably strong and you can get 2-3 nights of that on a single charge, then recharge from a portable battery pack. The higher fan settings do drain the battery quite a bit faster, but that’s pretty expected given that they really move some air. The light is good for seeing in your tent, but the one time I tried to navigate to the bathroom in the middle of the night it was so-so. Not really a knock on the light, it’s good at what it’s meant for. Two things to note: 1. You can run this fan directly off a battery pack while it’s charging, which is helpful. 2. With the size of the battery inside, 5000mAh, be aware that fully recharging this fan will take a major chunk of power from a battery pack. Make sure you leave enough to charge your phone before you decide to top up your fan.

> 3 dayI got this fan to go in my chicken coop to help keep my girls cool, and its been working out great! I used some heavy duty velcro to attach it to the top of the coop, which allows me to easily take it down and charge it. (It does have a really nice hanger, but I didnt have a place to hang it from in my coop which is why I went with the velcro.) I tend to turn the fan on medium in the evening to help get some fresh air in the coop before the girls roost for the night. I leave it running and its usually still going when I check on everyone in the morning. I only gave 4 stars for battery life as it doesnt stay on for the 40 hours straight that was advertised even on the low setting, but considering that its just a couple small batteries, the 16 or so hours it does stay on is really awesome! I love that the fan itself has a HUGE range of motion so I can direct it anywhere I want. Plus its stiff enough to hold position even if bumped a bit. I did find that it fell off the velcro one morning (NOT an issue with the product itself as I added the velcro) and was roosted on by one of my chickens but it was completely fine with no damage! Its also pretty quiet and didnt scare the girls when I first installed it. While I dont need the LED lights for my application, I will say they are VERY bright on the brightest setting, and if used for camping or something would be a great tent light! All in all, very pleased and highly recommend.

> 3 dayIt is quiet, light weight, the light is bright, and it wont knock you out when you forget its hanging from the tent ceiling. It will also sit, adjust directions, and lets face it... its a fan. As long as it moves air its good. Oh, the battery life is pretty good, too. Used it 4 nights before having to charge it and it only took a 3 hours to charge.

> 3 dayWe needed a small fan for my sons bed tent. This works amazing. We did have to charge it each day but it ran all night no problems, we just couldn’t get 2 full nights use. Loved that it charges and not use batteries. The lights are bright enough to read a book with.

Greater than one weekHad this fan for 9 months and it’s dying it won’t hold a charge anymore and keeps shutting off even when plugged in. Bought it for camping and traveling so we don’t use it a bike lot.

> 3 dayI purchased two of these fans to keep me cool for van camping. First of all, theyre worth about $10, not a dime more. Inflation lately has been out of control and I was dumb enough to fall for this high price point because I needed them for my upcoming camping trip. If you can, I suggest trying to find something similar at your local box store to save money. Secondly, the hook and the little platform its attached to doesnt rotate all the way. You can fully rotate it, but not in one turn if that makes sense. You have to either turn it one way or the other. Id say the hook and the limited rotation is my biggest peeve since my intended use is always to hang it from a bungee in my minivan and point it on me as I sleep. The light function is ok but not as bright as I expected. More like a soft white night light. The 3 fan levels are decent. Its a fan. It works. I used them 4 nights in a row on the low setting before needing recharging. Bottom line: Its a fan. Nothing to get excited about or brag about features other fans dont have. Yes, it has a light, but its not worth paying twice as much for. In my opinion, clip-on fans are more practical than these small plastic hooks that dont fully rotate in one swoop of your hand.
