Noise level is not as quiet as I thought it would be. One of the propellers broke already and I just used for the first time last week.

It starts off running quite, but the longer it runs, it starts to make a rattling noise.

The fun is not charging, any help?

I purchased this at the beginning of January for a trip I was taking in February. I thought the packaging and the device itself looked nice. The first time I used the fan I thought it worked great but two days later (it was fully charged) it just stopped working and won’t even light up. Putting your face out a cracked window while driving is more effective.
