I get overheated, then physically ill easily. I thought this would be a great idea to help curb this. The good stuff... *3 Speeds (4 if you count off) *Rechargeable with a USB C fast charge cable, which is included *Light weight *The middle is flexible and will adjust to most necks, including mine. It stays in place while walking at a fast pace The not so good stuff... *Although it isnt super loud, I thought Id try it out with the TV. With the TV at a normal volume, I put the neck fan on and set it at low. I could still hear and understand the TV. At medium volume I could hear the TV but it was bothersome. Then with the volume on high I couldnt understand what they were saying. So maybe this isnt necessarily bad, it just gives you an idea of what to expect. *The other thing isnt really bad, its more funny. In the ad photos it says ... wearing a mask is not sultry What??? The final word stuff... I like this little gadget a lot. I plan on keeping it handy thru the summer and for exercising. The price of $26.99 seems a little high. There is also a separate price if you have Prime of about $19, which seems more what Id expect. So its either 4 or 5 stars depending on how much you have to pay for it.

I’m not sure what I was expecting from this but it’s really good and will definitely cool you down quickly in the warmer weather. The fan arrived with a good amount of charge (charging is via the provided USB-C cable) and is operated using the power on/off button which also allows you to select from 3 different speed settings - low, medium and high. The highest setting does sound a bit like you’re sitting in the middle of a Heathrow runway at peak times, but it’s not as off putting as it sounds. The neck fan is easily adjusted to fit - I’d say - almost any neck size with a flexible bridge between the left and right rigid plastic fan enclosures. It’s really pliable but doesn’t feel like it would perish easily from over use. My neck gets really hot in the summer and I hate having my hair down because of it and while I wouldn’t wear this out in public, it will be hecking useful while gardening and for relaxing. I’m really pleased and for the current price of £19.99, this is a bit of tech I never knew I needed in my life but am glad it is and I think it’s well worth it!

Its a great little fan. I use it for work when the AC isnt working. Its a bit loud but not too bad. I like that its rechargeable.

This neck fan is overpriced at £20 in my opinion because my neck fan only had one strong side and one weak side (this could have been just mine, though) and it isn’t suited for people with long hair because it “sucked” my daughter’s hair in once. It is flexible and will hopefully, it will work well during summer. You have choices of colours. It does give decent breeze keeping you cool, a good little portable “air condition” for those on the move.

As a fan, it works well. Has three settings. A few reviews have mentioned the noise, and it does make a bit of noise, but as a person who finds a fan sound comforting, this is a plus. When I wear it in public it helps drown out other noises (not completely...just a small buffer). I would not like it if I was having a private conversation with other people, but for solo use it is really nice.

I am beyond pleased with this neck fan by UseeShine ! Beautifully manufactured and flawless on arrival this lightweight, rechargeable, neck fan is perfect for me while gardening here in the hot-hot-hot southwestern US. I was truly surprised at how lightweight this neck-fan is, you dont notice it at all and it is very adjustable to fit your neck and how you wish the airflow to operate. It is wonderfully powerful and actually spreads the airflow around your entire neck, face and head area. The fan itself is a really sleek, nice, not a geeky design at all with the mechanicals totally shrouded within the casing so there is no possibility or clothing or hair being caught in its operation. It recharges quickly for me and seems to hold a charge very well. On high it is just a tad noisy but in some ways I find the fan noise comforting. I have tried belt fans, hand held fans, cooling head bands everything to stay cool while gardening but I think I have finally found the secret with this neck fan. I am very, very, very happy with this item---thank you!

I truly liked the concept of this fan around the neck thing---and had been wanting to try one out for awhile now. This could be a lifesaver! This fan puts out a nice breeze on all speeds a good foot around you. Its not uncomfortable to wear and drapes around the neck nicely. It is also highly bendable and adjustable. It is a bit noisy (to me it sounds like an electric shaver),---but when it comes to priorities ,I think I can withstand the noise versus the heat for awhile. The fan does seem to hold up charge very well, I had it running constant for over 5 hrs , with no problems. Trivial, but I didnt like cycling through the speeds to turn it off. So until they invent my climate control belt---I will be satisfied with this neck fan it does keep you cool!

This is amazing especially on when outside at the park or watching sports
