I wear it when I work. I tend to run hot so it works well inside. Since I wear it inside while working a pretty physical job, it doesnt feel like it does anything for me when Im outside in the heat. I dont have anything to compare it to but inside with the machinery running I cant hear the fan. If your surroundings are quiet, Id give it 3 for noise level and if your surroundings are loud, Id give it a 5 because you wont hear it. I was sweating from head to toe before I bought this. I can still work up a sweat but its rare. Just the cool air blowing on the sides of my face keep me from sweating all over on most days. Summer is coming up so I would imagine that it wont keep me as cool on setting #1 and Id have to use a higher setting.

Keeps my girlfriend cooled off in the Florida heat. She has not stopped talking about it since it came in!! I 100% recommend it over the other neck fans that only have two blades in the front. This fan has air movement around the entire neck.

This is a really great buy. It is really hot in parts of the building that I work in and if I overhear I get migraines. I am not sure why but sometimes it makes noises as if it is going to give out and then it stops when you turn your head a certain way.

Received my cute pink neck fan on Tuesday. Immediately plugged it in to charge it. I went out this morning to do a lot of yard work for several hours. I put my new fan around my neck hoping it would help me stay cool. My head usually gets very hot and sweaty when Im working outside, but today, it was like a new world. My head stayed cool, which in turn kept the rest of my body cooler. I had the fan on medium and wore it for at least 4 hours with no problem. I hardly even remembered it was around my neck. Highly recommended!

I bought this over a year or so ago (maybe longer?) and kind of forgot about. Were in the process of moving and I threw this on while dropping things off at storage. This little neck fan has some great power and managed to cool me down between trips. A great moving companion for sure. The charging speed is average, akin to a cell phone.

I got it for my boyfriend he works in courthouse with out air conditioning he said it helps him greatly

I havent had this neck fan long, but so far Im happy with my purchase. It keeps my neck and face cool and isnt too loud. I havent used it enough to rate accurately on the battery life, so giving this aspect 4 starts for now. Its not heavy on my neck and does what its advertised to do. I liked it so much, I bought more for my teammates. Thumbs up!

Worthy of 5 stars ~ battery life is awesome. However make the time to charge as the charging process is extremely slow. Dont let that deter you fr purchasing ~ its a good one!

I purchased one of these at the beginning of summer 2022 on the recommendation of a friend and I am SO glad that I did. I work at a summer camp so I spend hours and hours outside every day during the summer and am often running around and being active in the sun. This fan has made my life so much better. Its light enough that I can almost forget that its around my neck and even at its lowest setting the moving air makes a HUGE difference. I will mention that when I was taking it out of storage for this summer I had it break a bit right at the seam point on the left side but I was able to repair it easily with a piece of tape and it seems to have had no effect on its functionality. Especially considering the price Id HIGHLY recommend these to anyone who spends a lot of time outside during the summer. Also, since Ive seen that many people have mentioned hair. While I have short hair I do have a beard which is long enough that it sits around the intake spots and while Ive had a few brief moments where I can here the beard hitting the interior workings but Ive never had my beard hair get pulled or get caught. I just adjust the beard and everything is fine.
