This is my second child, with my first I breastfed and I really wanted to again this time however last time clog ducts and getting knots was a big issue, I didnt know things like this existed back then and I wish I did! I use to spend so much time crying in pain with a heat compression and massaging my chest to get relief, this is so much easier and I can use it fairly often and avoid even getting clogs which is making this breast feeding experience so much better than the last!
