The is no suction to this product whatsoever. There is a underneath trim or rim that is hard with very little there for any suction or flexibility to lay good on the seat. Does NOT fit an oval toilet seat at all. It wobbles around and on my round toilet seat it shifts around wiggles and scary for a toddler that needs a secure seat to sit on. The handles are way too small like a toy looking. A child needs a bigger a more secure handle to hold on to for feeling confident sitting on it. Not liking this seat at all and neither does my 17 month granddaughter. Have been using it for a couple weeks and fighting to put her on it every time. She does better using step stool and sitting on original toilet seat. Do not recommend this product and will find something better will be returning it for misleading advertisement. You get a 2 inch plastic hook along with this seat as if that’s to impress buyer purchase. A 3 star review that qualifies for a 1 star. Trying to reach someone with the phone number provided and no is no answer. Need a return packing slip to return item. Will have to notify Amazon for help. Good luck reaching someone. It’s not worth the price of 22.00 made me n China for 2.00. Landed up going out of my way to return this potty seat.

Purchased it for our grandson when he comes to visit. It fits securely on the oval shaped seat but not the round seat

Usually had the popular ones with cushion seats and fun characters but they always ripped. this one is fantastic the handles are great and this one is so easy to clean and use. Def a must buy!

I bought this for my daughter and it’s perfect! She is small for her size but she fits wonderfully. Great quality- doesn’t feel or look cheap. My daughter loved the handles and I love that it came with a hook that I hung off the side of the vanity so it’s hidden as I use this in our guest bathroom downstairs.

This has been the best purchase for my 1 year old potty training. She loves it and that fact that it has handles is even better. Helps her hold on when she needs that extra help.

My daughter uses this on her round toilet and it is great! Fits well and kids feel very safe in it. The description stated it works for oval toilets as well so I bought them for my house and they do not fit. They rock and move around and are not safe to use. The kids feel very scared when sitting on them. So if you have a round toilet you will love it but otherwise you will be disappointed

I purchased this potty seat for my 3 year old grandson when he visits. He is totally potty trained and can easily get on the toilet by himself with a step stool, but the hole is still too big for him. It fits perfectly for him and the toilet. It totally fills the bill for its purpose. I think, for the initial potty training, a potty that sits on the floor is best.

My son must have handles, so this seat has been great. I currently have this one at my parents house. It also comes with a hook for easy storage. Very pleased with it.
