It’s a great seat, it does the job! It is a little wobbly but there’s really no way to secure it down so it’s understandable. I’d say worth it if you have a confident child. I was worried the wobble would freak them out when climbing up but they barely noticed.

It’s nice…but my toddler gets into everything that these ended up just being a toy to her. They can’t strap down on the toilet so they wiggle all over the place and can be moved/thrown off the toilet if you have a wild toddler. Way cheaper to buy Walmart brand toddler training toiletseat and then the toilet can be used by both adults & kids

This was so helpful for my toddler! It’s sturdy and well made. Ended up buying a second one for the grandparents house. I have an oval toilet seat that is taller (ADA compliant height) and this fits perfect. The rubber footings keep it from scooting and my child feels confident when using it. It really made a positive difference in our potty training experience.

My kids love there potty chair! They are able to get up and down on there own. They are excited to use it and are now pretty much potty trained

This seat was better than expected. Its light enough that my two year old can lift it up and place it on the toilet herself. It was easy to put together and seems sturdy enough. Plastic makes it easy to clean but not sure if the cleaning products I use will cause discoloration, we will see.

Bought for my 2 year old since we finished potty training. We had a potty seat and then Steps going up to it and she had almost fallen off a few times. I figured this would be a more sturdy option where she can climb up herself and turn to sit down on her own. This is not the case. There should be 2 steps instead of one because she either can’t reach the seat because the step is too low, or can’t climb up onto it because the step is too high. The step sits so close to the bowl that she only has a couple of inches to turn around if she climbs up onto it causing her to lose her balance. She also can’t climb up onto it herself because it comes off the toilet when she tries to hold the handles to pull herself up. The only way that it works is I have to lift her up onto it, She does her business, and then I lift her down. If I don’t do that, the seat moves and will fall off the toilet. There needs to be some kind of strap or hook that clips the seat to the toilet itself so that it doesn’t move. Didn’t want to deal with the hassle of dissembling it and returning it so it’s still being used. Hopefully she’ll grow into it as time goes on.

I realllly like this item and am glad we purchased it. My 2yo can manage to get herself up, turned around and seated all by herself. The reason I took away one star is because regardless if it is placed on the toilet with the seat up or with the seat down, it is not 100% stable. When my toddler steps up and turns to sit, it shifts/slides unsteadily from front to back. I feel like I could get creative to figure out a way to prevent this from happening but for now I just stabilize it myself by always holding it steady. She has snuck in to go in private and has been able to successfully use it without it being a safety issue.
