Potty chair pieces were poorly constructed and did not fit flush (pun intended) with our standard-height toilet, making the whole thing wobbly and unsafe for our toddler to use. Ive been trying to return it, and the customer service has been horrendous--Ive been getting the runaround from them. Zero stars, would not recommend.

The product was a quality product. We had a toddler use it since she was 2 and now becoming 4 next year. We dont use it anymore but it was sturdy enough to last almost 2 years.

Very easy to put together, quick fold down. However I don’t think it’s designed for enlongated bowls.

This is not sturdy. Does slide when child is climbing up step and they are tryingto sit down. Should not use with adult help or supervision. And the white circle handles come off so easily when touching them and using them to adjust where you want the seat to go. This waste of money.

I LOVE this potty stool. We are currently potty training our 3 year old son and this stool gives him the ability to be more secure sitting on the toilet. The step is the perfect height both for him to get to the bowl and a place to put his feet. We have yet to have any errant “sprays” with this seat and it stays very clean. It is very easy to move out of the way when an adult needs to use the toilet, and folds flat enough that we are able to stow it in between the toilet and wall when needed. While I definitely think this thing will last through our next child as it is very well made, I will absolutely purchase another one if I need to.

This is the 10th child I have potty trained. I’ve tried many different potty seats and have found this potty seat with step to be the best help in training. Child can lift and put the potty on himself. He sits and pees with no issues and it doesn’t spray anywhere or have an extra attachment for a boy. Great seat.

Sturdy and comfy! Easy to clean.

We bought this for our 3 year old so hed have more independence. It worked so well, we bought one for our upstairs bathroom too. It is light weight and easy enough to set up on the potty that he does it by himself each time. This is great and Ive recommended to several mom friends!
