> 3 dayOur daughter, age 2, has very short legs and struggled using a traditional potty seat. Before we purchased this seat, she liked the idea of being on the “big people toilet”, but was always off balance, uncomfortable and afraid of falling. This led to her not being very successful in using the potty. With this new seat, she’s now able to get on the toilet herself and feels safe and confident, leading to much more successful potty training. The only drawback for us was that it doesn’t fit inside the ring of our toilet seat, so we actually have to use it directly on the bowl, with the seat up. It’s sturdy enough that it works just fine that way, so it’s not really a big deal.

> 3 dayfeet move up and down cause for an off balance at times. To use as a step ladder for the sink it must be balanced/leaning of sink. To use on the toilet, if the child would even climb up it (Grandson just screamed NO to climbing up child would have to climb up the ladder and then turn around to sit on the toilet.

> 3 dayThis seat is awesome. My son is little, so he couldnt get himself up on the toilet and preferred a small training toilet, but who wants to clean that out constantly? Now hes excited to use the toilet and its much easier to get him to go because he can climb up all on his own with this seat. The ladder itself is sturdy with the step plenty wide for him to turn around on. We have an oval shaped toilet seat which doesnt fit other potty seats very well, but this one is wide enough on the outer diameter that we can just lift the toilet seat and this seat fits perfectly, very stable on the bowl. My son also loves that the seat is squishy! Last thing - the front of this potty seems to be raised just high enough that I havent had to clean spill-over so far. Yay!

> 3 dayLOVE this!! Its the 4th potty chair i have purchased from amazon. The other ladder one i have has the bear face on the back of the ladder and it is NOT sturdy for oblong toilet seat. It moves all over. My toilets are a new modern toilet so they are also high, and this fits. It will probably fit other toilet seats too (round, etc) but idk. Im sure someone else has commented on that. The legs are not adjustable for height, so i was concerned that it wouldnt be tall enough but it fits. I think the shorter the toilet, the farther the ladder will come out, so it should fit all heights. I also love the width of the step. its big and easy for my little one to maneuver and get herself up on it with no issues. Super quick and easy to put together. Took me 5 minutes. The other bear one took me 35 min and it was annoying. Last thing i love is the low profile front anti spray area to block pee. Its built into the seat and low profile so my daughter isnt hurting herself on it. Not sure how this would affect a boy (i dont have any boys) so something to keep in mind. Love love love!!! Im ordering another for the bathroom downstairs right now! Thank you!!!!! finally found a great product, it makes my life so much easier. I got the blue/purple ladder and the colors are exactly as shown in the pictures

> 3 dayThis seat/step combo is great! Very easy to assemble, took me less than 5 minutes. Wide step makes it easy for toddler to step up turn around and sit. Very sturdy, no wobbling or shifting around while toddler climbs on/off. Rubber grips on feet do not slide on tile floor. Just ordered a second one for our spare bathroom so he has 2 places to run to without having to move the seat.

> 3 dayThis product has been so helpful for potty training my special needs child! I was concerned that it might be unstable and that my child might feel unstable getting up and down on it but it is great! Child loves it and feels more independent with it! The only thing to remember with it is to check the screws very often and tighten them as needed. They do loosen up with use as screws sometimes do but it is so easy to re-tighten them with the tool that came with it, a quarter or even your thumb nail. I wish I had found and purchased this toilet seat with ladder sooner!!!! Highly recommend it-it made a tremendous positive difference in how potty training was going!!!!!

Greater than one weekMy son has been using the potty since 16 months (not consistently) and I hated the idea of a potty seat vs using the actual toilet. This thing is genius. He is 23 months now and can get on and off all by himself. I dont have to worry about him falling in or hurting himself. He seems to really love that he can go potty now all by himself. Only thing I would change is I wish you could lock it into place so that the ladder part doesnt move. He likes to lift it when hes sitting on the seat.

> 3 dayOur son wouldn’t use any other chair or seat until we found this to potty train! Great for our 4yr old, now one side of the potty chair keeps coming apart. Sometimes the seat causes it to get pee on the toilet seat tho. It really is perfect from potty training and once potty trained. Steps are perfect for toddlers. Seat perfect size.

> 3 dayWe liked that she could get herself on and off of the toilet seat without being afraid.
