> 3 dayThe stool isn’t study on a higher toilet when you use the higher step setting. It’s physics and makes sense but is frustrating.

> 3 dayOne foot was accidentally installed in the wrong direction. Tried getting it off and the it broke so I’m stuck with a worthless unsafe toddler seat with steps. :(

> 3 dayI’m very pleased with its ease to use, my toddler can put it on the toilet all by himself (he’s a big boy)

> 3 dayIt was a bit confusing to put together so pay attention to the directions on the foot pads but once it was put together it is great. My 2 year old can sit while holding the handrails which is nice

> 3 dayDefinitely measure the height of your toilet before getting it! The seat seems a little wide for my son who is 2 1/2, maybe better for 3 and up.

> 3 dayExtremely difficult to assemble and disassemble. Is not adjustable to different toilet heights. There are better products out there, advise to look elsewhere

> 3 dayWe love the design of the seat but the directions are not clear on how feet snap to ladder. My very strong husband attempted to snap feet in place multiple times. Came here hoping for a demo video or some clearer instructions and did not find any clarifications. We have tried sliding into place and snapping into place to no avail.
