As a clean fanatic Living in NYC with two young daughters, these are a necessity! I literally buy them every month to keep on hand, and love that I can have the clean and individually wrapped covers stuck in EVERY bag and backpack for our on the go life. The fact that they are large and cover the front of grimy public toilets makes the biggest difference as many covers are just too small. These also have a nice plastic backing so it truly provides a barrier between my girls and the seat. I Simply love these and pass them out to friends all the time when we are out. As soon as they try they are hooked too!

Ive been using these since my child started potty training 3 years ago. They cover public toilet seats nicely and Ive never had one slip off. I gave them only four stars because theyre tricky to open up and with a child who always waits until the last moment to go to the bathroom I often have to start opening the package before I hit the bathroom to make sure I get the cover opened in time.

I bought PottyCover right after I potty trained my 3-yr old. Ive bought at least 6 packs of 6. I bought a bunch when we went a road trip last year. It came in very handy using public restrooms at state and national parks. I liked that her short legs with underwear and pants hanging down by the feet dont touch the front of the public toilet. She places both hands sometimes on the toilet seat to rest, and this doesnt let her touch the seat directly. In response to the reviewer with the lowest rating: I place my daughter from right above the seat so less sliding of the cover occurs. I havent had it slide too much that my daughter touched the dirty seat. I use my left leg to help lessen this sliding too as I place her on the toilet. My leg doesnt touch the toilet directly because of the long cover in the front. Its relatively a thick material with I think a waterproof liner underneath; so I dont worry about her sitting on a wet seat with thin paper seat covers. The down side is that not all public restrooms have trashcans next to the toilet; so I have to grab the cover from the top part to crumple it up before throwing it away.

WE LOVE THESE!!!!!!!!!! We keep them in stock, and theyre not just for kids if you need them while youre out and about. They cover the front of the toilet to protect little ones legs while theyre dangling mere inches from who knows what growing on these public Petri dishes. They also drape over the sides well to protect the hands of the kids that grab on to the seat sides and bear down. And if your kid is anything like mine, they like to poo in public at the most science project-looking bathrooms out there. Have you seen Trainspotting? Thats how it feels before covering the seat with these covers. I digress. These are A MUST!

Anyone with a young child knows that they can be weird about using toilets when you are out and about - for one thing theyre often terrified of those awful automatic flushes because a lot of kids need to lean forward when they are using the potty and then the wretched thing flushes (unless you cover the sensor with something). For me, packing these toilet covers in my handbag means that I dont have to worry about the questionable state of cleanliness of toilets when I am away from home. I went through a period of time when I had pulled muscles in my stomach and couldnt lift or hold my daughter on the toilet (at home she can use a stool) and so my husband had to take her to use the restroom and, well, mens toilets can be gross... so these covers are awesome! Also fantastic for using on long plane trips when, honestly, the toilets tend to get gross about 3/4 of the way through the journey.

The material is thick enough that it doesnt tear easily. Its waterproof so water liquid that may exist on the seat wont seep through. And the front flap prevents the legs of a sitting child from touching the toilet, along with their pants, underwear, etc. One overlooked benefit is that this toilet cover also protects parents from coming in contact with the toilet when they have to hold a small child on the seat. The elongated front and side flaps help to protect any loose clothing. I love these and I wont leave the house without one.

I tried many others and this one is best for all-around coverage. Like the picture, it does manage to protect from all sides (although probably not quite as long in the front, but, still totally sufficient) and theyve started to provide a little lip on the product so that you can find the edge to open and spread it out. A very minor improvement could be a little adhesive action to position it securely on the toilet seat when youre removing your child. As is, it tends to tag along with your child as you attempt to remove her and not the cover from the seat. With that said, its still the best potty cover around. And, it certainly makes a difference for me that the people who sell this product are parents, themselves, and seem to be constantly researching how to improve the product. They also make an enormous effort in providing extraordinary customer service, always sending a handwritten thank you note on the invoice every time I have placed my order. Well done all-around, PottyCover Co.
