The cord is five foot long which suits most situations and the AC outlets are far enough apart to accommodate adapters. The design is well thought out. And get this, there is currently a 50% off coupon on Amazon. That makes this a good value.

> 3 dayI have this plugged in by my bed to connect my lamp, alarm clock, phone charger, and Google mesh wifi hub. Luckily I was still awake, but I heard a loud noise coming from the wifi hub, started to smell smoke, and saw smoke coming out of the surge protector. Luckily I was still awake and right next to the outlet when this happened to unplug everything in the moment before anything sparks or flames, but very scary to know this could have happened while I was not there to prevent it. It appears to have come from having my phone plugged in to the usb-c port, as this part of the surge protector was very hot.
