> 3 dayTo the people that have problems with the replacement disks sticking I think the problem is with the solvent you are using to clean the mounting surface and not with the disks themselves. Do not use any petrolium based cleaners [mineral spirits] that will leave a greasy resido and you will have problems with adhesion. I used rubing alcohol. denatured alcohol or acetone would probably work well too. After removing the old disk and cleaning the mounting surface with rubbing alcohol the replacement disk stuck with no problems. I will buy this product again, it works just fine.

> 3 dayi looked for sanding discs at my local hardware stores, but was unable to find them. luckily, amazon had what i needed. these cost less than i was expecting to pay and i was surprised that i could get as many as i did for the price. the discs themselves fit perfectly on my sander and the one applied got used just a few minutes after it was installed. they are definitely worth the price and i would recommend these to anyone looking to replace their sanding disc on their sander.

> 3 dayEasy to install and cut well. Keep some lacquer thinner around to take the old adhesive off the plate and let it dry before putting the new one on.

Greater than one weekEasy to install and take off - and the 180 grit is just right for my use. Each disk seems to have a reasonably long life. Will order again.

> 3 dayVery tuff lasting sandpaper works well on my Delta Sanders. Only they sent me the 6 instead of the 8

> 3 dayVery aggressive grit that stays stuck to the disk. Adheres well on the sander.

> 3 dayWas considering giving more than one star, since the sanding surface seems to be pretty good and consistent, but since I cant use them at all, it gets a 1 star. After removing the old disc (the one that came with the machine), I cleaned up the surface and pasted this new disc on it. It was strange since the paper came off easily. When I started the machine...the disc flew off almost hitting me in my face!!! I put it back on, pressing it harder and I could use it once....but when I came back after just a few minutes, I saw the disc was loose again. I thought it may be the first one of the batch, so I discarded, tried a second one....that one had the SAME problem, so I got used to the process of pressing it back on before using the machine. When I got tired of repeating the that process every time I wanted to use the sander, I decided to try with a third one. SAME story, that is the one in the picture. You can see it is impossible to stick to the plate. Garbage, it is more complicated to me to return it than calling it a total loss. Will look for another brand.

Greater than one weekThese are great disks. I was using some 120 grit locally store bought disks for shaping oak tenons. They cost me $5.98 for 2 and they burned out on me after two or three tenons. Admittedly these are 100 grit but they cut through much quicker and did not burn out at all. Ill have this batch for a long time and would defiantly buy them again. Well worth it.
