> 3 dayI loved these headphones at first. They were great. They worked wonderfully for a month. Almost as soon as we hit the end of the return period they stopped working. The only thing my kid used them for was his online classes at the desk so I have no idea why they stopped working.

> 3 dayThese headphones I got for my virtual learners (ages 6 & 8) during the previous school year, they dont have sound control which means that sometimes I have had to ask them to turn the volume down and the general rule is “if you cant hear me it’s too loud”. Other than that they are durable (going on 2 years) and they travel to and from school almost daily. The microphone works great as well, no issues whatsoever. They are soft on the ears and aren’t heavy. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayInitially when we received, it seems like a great product at the price. The headset what we received does not have volume control. So no option to play with the device. It was very much used by kids for their classes. After 3 months one day , we observed that speaker of the headset is not working. We saw that there is 12-month Hassle-Free-Protection. Not sure what does that mean.. But i send email to customer care 7 days ago, but still no reply. My recommendation is NO
