Simply put, not enough suction.

Were very happy with our new hand vac. It really does pick up the pet hair as well as all the easy stuff like crumbs and dust. The attachments are great, especially the little rotary one. And yet it is quieter than any other hand vac weve purchased. Their customer service is also first rate. I managed to lose the charging cable and sent an email asking which replacement cable I should buy (none of them specified Powools). The next day I had an email from Nora telling me she will send me a new cable, no charge. Now thats going the extra mile for your customer.

The silicone beater bar is a game changer. Makes it super easy and efficient vacuuming pet hair out of the car and off of chairs and couches. Very pleased.

I bought this to have in the bathroom to suck up all the human hair that ends up on the floor every morning after styling tools. I thought since it’s marketed for pet hair it ought to do a good job with mine, and I was right! It’s made of very tough plastic, it’s lightweight, has excellent suction, empties extremely fast and easily, comes with two washable filters and a couple of useful attachments, charges pretty quickly and lasts for about 20 minutes (way more than I need). I only hoped I’d find it as useful as I had imagined, and now I’m obsessed. It’s so convenient to use when I spot something that needs attention but don’t want to drag out the full sized vacuum. Think dusty lampshades, crumbs that find their way into a drawer, litter around indoor plants, a few errant coffee grounds, dog hair on the patio furniture, crumbs under the stove grates, etc. Wish I’d bought one much sooner! Some may not like that it doesn’t have a charging plate, just a cord that plugs straight into the unit, but I don’t mind it at all.

I seriously love this little vacuum, lol. Very powerful, and I never did use up the charge, before I finished all my cleaning. Great for the car, trunk, dusting furniture , getting in all the nooks and crannies. Also..its actually pretty and sleek..someone went the extra mile designing this. Works great!
