> 3 dayMy son needed a garment bag for his suit for all the functions he has at school. This bag did not disappoint. Its pretty well made and should last him through high school.

Greater than one weekThe bag is made of pretty good material. It is too short for a suit or jacket but my jackets are pretty long, it may be OK for shorter jackets. There is one small D-ring (photo) inside to keep hangers organized, it would keep maybe 3 hangers under control. I have it hanging to air it out since it has a strong, unpleasant chemical odor inside the bag. If it airs out well, it will be fine for carrying a few shirts on a road trip.

> 3 dayWe live in humid, sunny Florida, so I needed a new garment bag in which to store my leather jacket. I read that oxford material is good in a garment bag, which allows items to breathe. Although the outside of the bag appears to be oxford cloth, unfortunately, this bag has a vinyl, inner lining. This is probably why the bag had a plastic smell. Im disappointed. Just the front of my jacket will get some air circulation. There is a small D-ring in the back side from which to hang a few things, so that if you wanted to travel, you can fold the bag in half and zip up each side. The leather handles feel pretty good, and the leather strip across the bag is a nice attraction. At one point, I experimented to see if I could add 2 more jackets, but the bag got pretty bulky and would defeat the purpose of allowing materials to breathe. It would depend upon the type of hangers used and the kind of clothing to be hung. Im not sure about the durability of the material for a lot of traveling, but I think it would hold up enough for mini trips.

> 3 dayEDIT: I am changing my review to 1-star. I am literally editing this in my hotel room. I just lifted the garment bag out of my suitcase and the handle ripped off. I am being completely sincere when I say I just picked up the bag and the handle tore clean off. Whatever lazy as hell sewing job they used to attach these handles is obviously insufficient. It came off with almost no effort at all. DO NOT BUY. My original review, prior to seeing just how terrible the quality is, follows: This is a good option for any trip where you want to keep your formal suit in relatively nice shape. I wouldnt expect it to come out of this bag in perfect condition, but it will for sure be a lot nicer and less wrinkled than cramming your suit in a suitcase with all your other clothes. The downside (upside?) is this bag is rather small - it will hold 1 suit easily, and maybe 2 if you really carefully stuff them together into this bag. The small size means it will easily fit in a carry-on compartment or even under an airplane seat, so you wont have to check any bags if you dont want to.

> 3 dayThis is a good bag for protecting sports jacket or suit with limited practical use. Its perfect to use in the car. When flying, wed use inside a large suitcase but wouldnt trust it not to get crumpled in overhead storage with carry on. Definitely wouldnt check in separately. Also, it doesnt sit upright on its own as shown in photos, it doesnt have enough structure, its soft.

Greater than one weekI received this garment bag and was very impressed with the quality, robustness and features of the bag! The material this bag is made from looks like it will last for years and offers great protection for the garments stored in the bag. Plus once you have all your clothes in the bag it folds over and zippers itself closed so it’s only the size of a suitcase. With two leather like handles it looks like a suitcase and makes it so much easier to carry to the car or hotel room. If you are looking for a good quality garment bag, look no further…this is it.

> 3 dayThe bag is plenty sturdy. I like the full zipper to keep everything contained. It is just big enough for a suit.

> 3 dayI wear a 56 suit, and I was pleasantly surprised that it fit inside the garment bag with no trouble. It has a metal hook at the top to help secure the hangar. Then you zip it up and carefully fold it over, and bobs your uncle. Great for travelling, it will lie flat inside half of a larger suitcase. I used it on a recent business trip to Alaska, and it was fantastic. Works great. Recommended!
