My daughter wasn’t a fan of this product. The headrest would move around.

Bought this for my great great niece when she rides in her booster seat she loves it soft and she can take a nap.

Im a short woman so shoulder belts frequently cut my neck. Its usually just a minor irritation I can live with. I had to have major surgery on my left side neck & the shoulder belt was extremely uncomfortable & painful around my neck incision & upper chest where my surgical drain had been. This product was very comfortable & did help to alleviate some of the pain problems. I was lucky that I was able to get rides for medical trips downtown & avoided all unnecessary driving. The main drawback for me was the product had to be readjusted EVERY SINGLE TIME you got in & out of the car & the seatbelt retracted. This gets old quickly when running a lot of shorter-distance errands. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I have healed up a lot so am currently using another Amazon product, a soft, fuzzy piece that makes the shoulder belt more comfortable. I would recommend this product for longer trips where frequent adjustments are not necessary, or for people who absolutely must drive & have extreme discomfort or annoyance caused by the shoulder belt. The product is comfortable & seems well-made, but I dont know how long it would stand up to repeated adjustments as I only used it a couple of times.

Th is is just what I was looking for. the seat belt in my car rubs on my neck. This device solves that problem.
