Just what I was looking for. It fit perfectly under my kitchen sink cabinet.

Fits perfect under cabinet and has already done a great job. We had a new dishwasher installed and the new fitting leaked the Matt caught all the water. Thank you

Great quality. Just as described. Just make sure you measure the space correctly and that there are no pipes or obstacles.

This is a good product. The shelf liner is not a trey -- Not ridged. It comes folded -- but dont let that scar you off. This sink mat works. It is a thick rubber like substance and is waterproof . Installation is easy . Most undercabinet areas this large will have to deal with hot and cold water piped coming through the floor of the cabinet. If that is your situation -- you can simply cut the mat to fit and seal with a silicone based caulk. Just take your time and carefully measure to get a great finished surface. This mat will also hide any imperfections in your cabinet floor .

***Update*** Recently moved to a new home and another Basin was one of my first purchases. Fortunately I had one under my sink in my old house- I actually had an unexpected leak and this little mat saved my cabinets and a big mess. I didn’t think to grab a picture during the chaos, but it held quite a bit of water as advertised. HIGHLY RECOMMEND High quality, easy to install, and sturdier than I expected. My wife bought a cheap solution to protect the bottom of our cabinet and it was a pain, kept shifting and creasing so that nothing sat flat. The Basin mat was not only much sturdier, but very clean and sharp looking. I think this will be more of a sturdier and permanent solution. It would be awesome to have something like this on the bottom of my regular cabinets.

It takes a special adhesive to glue silicone to silicone. 100% silicone caulking will not stick to silicone sheet. Amazon sells a special adhesive, but very expensive. My solution was to slit the silicone around the clean out fitting and fold up the edges. I then cut a plastic jar in half and placed over fitting. Any drips from above will be contained. The total volume of the mat will hold over 2 gallons, but must remember that if there are many containers on the mat the volume of water will be greatly reduced. If I had just a copper pipe in the middle I would make a much smaller hole and then slit the mat placing something under the slit to elevate that area and also place something on top of the slit.

Ive used contact paper (eventually dries out and comes off) Shelf paper with vinyl type backing, Ehh!!! Now this silicone mat is bad ass! Never have to buy another one! Arrived overnight just after my new faucet was put in. Perfect!! Easy to trim for water pipes coming up thru the bottom of my cabinet. See their web site for instructions on doing that. Thank You. Purchased to put under inside air conditioner unit. I have been caught off guard several times and unit leaked and caused damage. I have been looking for a solution and The Basin fits perfectly!
