Got this last minute for my daughters pre school graduation. It came out great with my added balloons. The material is cloth like and not vinyl. Still great quality and it lasted up for a while until I was ready to take it down.

I used this with six classes and I had no issues. Its bright and beautiful. Large size, true to description. Even brighter and better in real life. Easy to hang on the wall with tape, Velcro, etc.
