Used it most of last week for the first time. WOrked well all week!

Small radio so easy to find a place to install. Google up the secret menu and this radio will perform well. You folks saying this radio does not work need to check you antenna /coax. Had to take apart and reassemble my coax properly . Once that was done I adjusted the SWR and boom , was talking to other folks and radio checks coming back load and clear.

For a few dollars more than the cheapest cb here on Amazon this one has Auto Squelch and other features that are only available on more expensive radios it was a easy decision. Secret Menu Access I I I I I I I I I I I I I V Hold PTT CB/PA & EMG turn on radio Release all. Quickly tap EMG and then CB/PA On PI hold PTT then channel up to 5A Release PTT Channel up to AI Push PTT channel down to 0A Release PTT Restart Radio

It reaches out for at least 10 miles right out of the box!

I guess you get what you pay for. This radio picks up nothing but noise, and only the closest signals can be heard at all. Transmit power is nothing. Either because of the low quality mic or the radio power itself, about a half mile range is all its got. Not a good purchase.

It works well, its great quality, really good price, one issue i had was it doesn’t have the best mount, its hard to mount in some cars, which isn’t exactly this products fault but the screws were too small to mount on my dash

Ok so I get it, I paid less than 100 bucks so what do I expect. This mike is the size of a 3 year olds toy. I mean why would they make it that small. so now I will upgrade to a better mic. then I will get an swr meter. well heck, its cheaper to buy a Cobra. I am SO disappointed in this product they pass to the consumer!
