> 3 dayBig big disappointment! Went to install it in my semi & would not power up. Doesnt say a whole lot for its manufacturer, nor retail whom shipped it prior to insuring that it was a functioning unit.

> 3 dayTo much packed in a small radio. Noise cancellation? Not so much.Dislike the channel changing feature on the mic. Its just in the way. I would not buy this radio and would not let a friend buy it either.

Greater than one weekWhat can I say. This radio works & has all the features you need except upper & lower side band. I got into CB back in n the 1970s during the gas shortages & helped in starting a CB Radio Club & then a Ham radio club. I purchased this radio for a SHTF situation to talk locally to my family if the cell phones went down. I was disappointed to hear only the idiots on ch 19 and no local communications or nets in operation. Seems to work good in my car and might be OK as a base station with a decent antenna & power supply. Will probably take it out of my car & place it in a faraday cage or an unused microwave oven to protect it from an EMP attack. Hopefully that will never happen, but if it does the radio should work fine if others did the same thing. No problems with this rig but I dont think it can campare with the Cobra & Browning LTD radios from the 1970s
